PHILLIP W RYAN EMBRACE HOPE, INC.

We'd like to take this opportunity to introduce our organization to you. We are a not-for-profit company established and based on Long Island. We were founded with a mission to help seniors and their families cope with a catastrophic illness.

While we act as the liaison between patients and their families with hospitals and nursing homes we also provide education concerning assets, medicaid, medicare, trusts, aid and attendance and EPIC.

We also provide help with applying for medicaid. We help with the application, document-acquiring processes, will appear for you at all interviews with the Dept. of Social Services to getting you approved in a timely fashion.

If you or a loved one is in a hospital or nursing home and care is in question, we will act on your behalf in getting a resolution to the problem.
